Recently purchased another vehicle at Poquet Auto. The sales person, Amy was fabulous to work with, and made the entire process a wonderful experience. She is very tuned into what the customer wants and needs. We discussed all of the parameters for purchasing that were on my wish list.The only item that I requested was a trailer hitch, and she indicated that they could outsource, or we could order and have the service group get it installed for me. Extremely helpful throughout the entire process, with the closing taking only 10-15 minutes. I have purchased five cars from Poquet over the years and have ALWAYS had a great experience. Karl spent a few months searching for the right color and features for the Ford Edge that my wife wanted. He always kept us up to date and one time after telling us he believed they had found a car, called back the next day to say the price was too high and didn’t feel that it was the right value. I don’t mind waiting a few weeks longer when I know my salesperson and the car buyers are looking out for everyone’s best interests. Service after the sale has always been excellent and I like that there is a facility in Lakeville, which is a lot closer than Golden Valley to our home in Burnsville.

He made the overall process very quick and easy to understand, yet explaining the details on helping with financing and any questions I had about the car. As a first-time car buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brett really made me feel comfortable right away from the start. The facility itself was very presentable and looked great. The service men were also great with making sure the car was presentable, clean and at its best performance in a timely matter.
