Many people use the transition into a new year to make resolutions to better themselves. As we always have cars on the mind, we polled our followers prior to turning the calendar to see if they had any resolutions pertaining to their vehicles.
From car maintenance to goals for a new ride, we received a bunch of responses to our query. Here are just a few...
- Trying to decide if I should part with my Navita, aka 2005 Lincoln Navigator with 175,000 miles. I've had her since the day she was made. She's very well taken care of. But I do browse your Lakeville location often since I always pass it on my way to work. - CP
- To see if the service department can customize my Altima with at least some of the special features of the Mach 5. Specifically, at least the robot homing bird and the auto jacks for leaping over traffic. - JP
- To clean out the car more often! (it's my office and kid-mobile!) - JS
- Get all my maintenance done in a timely manner! - PC
- No texting and driving, ever! And, to be incredibly patient when TF gets his learner's permit! - BF
- Keep my Impala detailed and looking as new as when I bought it from Lakeville Pouquet! - BW
- To make sure I do my oil changes and tire rotations! - WB
- To get my car washed often this winter! - JE
- Resolution: retire my car and get anew before 2016. Does that give me enough time to shop and choose one Pouquet? Whadda ya got in stock? - LA
- Keep up regular maintenance, detailing, and continue to enjoy another great Poquet purchase! - RM
- To get a bigger car for the growing family. - BW
- To win the lottery and buy a new Lexus truck. - LC
- New car from Poquet would be nice! - AH
- To keep my 2004 Ford Focus running strong! 227,511 miles and counting. Keeping proper maintenance is vital to the life of a car or truck. Regular oil changes 3,000 to 5,000 miles depending on your driving habits. - JC
- To keep both the cars we bought at Poquet clean inside and out. - PH
Thanks for all the Poquet shoutouts, folks! JP - no promises, but we’ll check in with the service department to see if they have those auto jacks for bounding over traffic ;).
