The follow-up I had on my complaints above were rectified within 24 hours. Amazing. The owner called me, I had a chance to explain, he listened, made suggestions and said he would have a conversation with his employee. I am truly impressed with how fast he got in touch with me. It just demonstrates that Poquet really does care about their customers. Really happy with our conversation! Thank you again. :-)

I will never buy a car anywhere else. Poquet is the best. Unlike any used car experience you'll ever have. Great staff. No haggle. No walking out feeling like you wasted a whole day being yanked around. And the service department- also great. They're incredibly busy so it may take a few weeks to get in sometimes but they're honest and very reasonably priced. You don't have to worry about them overcharging for service.

We've purchased 3 cars from Poquet and have always love working with John Foley. Lots of low mileage, one owner, newer model vehicles. I highly recommend Poquet and John Foley in particular to help you find your next vehicle. We'll keep going back!

This was the best experience ever. I worked with Brad in Lakeville and John in Golden Valley. I emailed with Brad beforehand to ask questions and figure out which cars I was going to test drive.

The Golden Valley location is super close to downtown Mpls-10 minutes! When you enter the dealership the atmosphere is extremely cozy. Not at all like the bright high ceilings and freezing temps at other places. They have a front desk person you meet with and booklets of all their available cars. I test drove for about 20 minutes and decided on the same make but a different car. Since the car was in Lakeville I signed papers to buy contingent on a test drive and inspection. So easy!

Filling out the loan paperwork can be done online and their rates are comparable to a credit unions. I was able to get a 6 year loan for 3.4% APR. Different credit scores will affect your rate but even those with a 600 range will have a good interest rate. The other great thing was the lack of a billion fees. There was tax, registration and a service fee, that's it! Most other dealerships would tack on ridiculous fees like 'you stepped onto our lot' fee (exaggerating yes). Not Poquet Auto!

Everything was ready for me to pick up the car by Friday, and I had started the process that Monday. John helped orient me to the car and showed me some of the features. As a first time car buyer this was literally the easiest process EVER!!

After looking online, it became clear that Poquet had the most to offer of the cars I was looking at and the best pricing. Glad we decided to stop here first (didn't need to go anywhere else!)!
The second we pulled in and started to look around, we were greeted warmly, but not in a
pushy way, by Dan. Just told us he'd get whatever cars we wanted to drive ready for us! Answered questions and was readily available, but didn't hound us at all. The entire staff on the grounds was very friendly.
Even on a very busy Saturday, we were well taken care of and were in and out with a new car in no time at all! I agree with another reviewer that said they are generous with what they give for trade ins. I feel 100% like I got a great car at a great price and couldn't have been treated better. I immediately told a half a dozen friends/family who are in the market for a newer car to go there! Couldn't be happier!

I've bought three cars at Poquet along with my sister and cousin. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. You can wander around the indoor showroom or the outdoor lot, sit in the cars with no-one hassling you but there's someone near if you need help. If I recall correctly, the sales crew were not on commission.

Prices are fixed, no haggling. Our experience is that their trade-in offers are generous. The credit-union based financing was better than my credit union.

Poquet only sells nearly-new used cars but they are top of the line in terms of looks and mechanical. They look new. The stock tends toward very well equipped. And when you've made a purchase, an expert sits in the car with you and explains all the features, sets up your phone, etc.

Poquet is my go-to place when I'm buying my next car.

This was the most professional and smooth transaction I have ever had at a dealership. I am completely sold on how they do business: smart, efficient, transparent, and easy. Wow. What a concept, eh? :)) Consider me a future patron.

I can't believe I'm writing a review of a used car dealership, but Poquet is unlike any other. We worked with Chuck to find a unicorn of a used car: a 2014 Subaru Outback with only 28k miles. The car looks and drives like a brand new vehicle inside and out. Chuck was responsive to our many questions and Poquet exceeded every expectation of a used car dealership. Their service department immediately took care of a couple things we noted on the car and we drove away the next day very happy. It truly felt like they want the customer to be happy - and they take pride their work and their inventory. Everyone at Poquet was kind and made the purchase process easy for us. We're in the Poquet club now... and don't think we will buy a car anywhere else again.

We have been to Poquet twice to buy a vehicle. And we were very happy/satisfied both times. In fact we kept in touch with Shaun trough out the years since we bought our first vehicle, and we remembered the pleasant buying experience so we thought we give it a go again for a vehicle upgrade. This time instead of buying a different line of Vehicle, and are very surprised again at the Selection of vehicles., The buying Experience was awesome as usual! We just really love doing Business with Shaun and have recommended her to anyone who will listen!

Shaun is awesome....gave me a phenomenal deal on my Porsche Cayenne S trade in. She gave me a plethora of cars to test drive...found one I liked and purchased from her. As an FYI always remember Poquet is tucked into a neighbor so alway be mindful of your speed when test driving.
