Santa’s Off-Season Ride — Readers’ Choice

Some time has passed since the holidays, and jolly ol’ St. Nick and his troop of reindeer have had the chance to recover a bit from their 24-hour global trek (we wonder how many miles/per hoof that sled gets).

While preparations for next year’s festivities have surely begun, Santa needs a little down time to cruise around. But what does he drive in the off-season?

We asked our Facebook followers to let us know what they think Santa drives the rest of the year. Let’s check out some of their clever responses.

1. VW Dasher or Mercury Comet! - CS
2. He and Mrs. Claus drive in style in a Lamborghini. Mrs. Claus has a need for speed and they both love the doors that slide up. - JD

Taking the suggestions from our friends, it appears that Santa has a need for speed, likes red (maybe black), goes “BIG”, digs a smooth ride, is considerate of gas mileage, and needs some extra space for Mrs. Claus to join him on excursions. Heated seats are also a plus!
