Customer Process
Simply bring your vehicle in, and while you’re browsing the showroom or taking a test drive, one of our trade-in specialists will evaluate your car.
And by the time you’re done, a printout with the value of your vehicle will be ready and good for 14 days.
Appraisal Process
To make sure you’re getting the best price for your trade, we use the industry-standard Kelley Blue Book to guide the process.
- First, we’ll do a visual inspection on your vehicle, inside and out.
- Secondly, we’ll take your vehicle for a quick test drive to assess the mechanical condition of your car.
- And lastly, we’ll run a CARFAX report to check the vehicle’s history.
Based on all of the combined information, we’ll come up with the best price for your car.
